The worst centre I have ever been in contact with! I had to reschedule an appointment and since then I am calling this place and no one returns the phone calls! This can be so crucial for patients who might need to do the test ASAP but regardless of time and day their phone goes on to a voice message system. Such a place should be shut down, they should be in a business not health care system.
Had my first EKG done at Oakville Cardiologists. I was greeted with a warm smile from their receptionist Debbie as soon as I walked through the door. My tech Paige was professional, upbeat and very thorough in her instructions! Overall a fantastic experience!
The staff here is amazing, kind and patient, even dealing with emotional mothers during a pandemic. They made an uncomfortable test completely tolerable and helped make sure I didn't have to do it more than once. I will be returning for all of my cardiac needs. I don't know what these two bad reviews with no explanation are for or even if they have the right people.
