The service was fine, the Doctors were professional enough, but I was disappointed by how quickly my concerns were dismissed as a young woman. My quality of life has been severely impacted by a “mystery illness” that presents similarly to POTS and I was hoping to be given the appropriate testing. Instead I was given the Holter test (which isn’t used to diagnose POTS) and the cardiologist refused to give me the Tilt Table Test, which would finally rule out the condition for me. I have been a patient of Dr. Li for few years now and she is excellent cardiologist but as other reviews mentioned the front desk and her admin booking person is terrible ; so booking an appointment is a pain, seeing the doctor is another pain if you are late by few minutes she skip your appointment and move you as if you are walkin waiting till the end; as if she is punishing you. Doctor Vera saved my life by acting quickly when I went into final stage of heart failure, from a leaking valve. So greatful.
