This Vet Center is one of the best I have been a patron of, they are kind and caring when you call them. They make your visit pleasant and they reassure you if you truly have some concerns about your pet. Their professional manner is only superceded by their friendly caring attitude toward your pet on your visit, as well as, your feelings as a pet parent during any contact you have with the staff there. From beginning to end of your visit, the staff is 5 stars friendly and professional.
Let me start out by saying that I drive almost 3 hours (each way) to get here - and it's worth it. They are very knowledgeable about rabbits & guinea pigs, which is extremely rare. I'm also impressed by their compassion and communication. They are willing to accommodate for emergencies and schedules. I highly recommend this clinic!
Definitely recommend Oakview for all your pet care! The staff was great and appointments can be viewed live during the COVID shutdown.
The staff are polite and knowledgeable. They took good care of my rabbit. The veterinarian explained treatment options in terms that I could understand. Staff emailed me a video on how to give oral medication to a rabbit and how to administer eye drops to a rabbit.
I love the staff at Oakview they treat my Yorkie Gang of 4 like they are their own. My dogs love going to the vet and especially love boarding there. I like how they treat the humans well too and are very understanding.
We are new to the area and we had an issue with our cat and they squeezed her on a Saturday morning. Very kind and professional. Dr. Curtis and the staff are wonderful.
All the staff here have always taken the best care of all our animals.
Every staff member was kind and professional. Dr. Scott was very thorough and knowledgeable. Her communication after seeing our dog was outstanding. We are new to the area, and it's such a relief to have found this amazing medical center for our beloved pet. Top notch veterinary staff!
