I want to thank Dr. Scott, Amanda, and Maureen for the kindness and compassion they had for me and my beloved dog, Lempi, when I brought her in yesterday for our final goodbye. My heart was shattered into a million little pieces, but these three ladies made that devastating experience a bit easier. I also thank Dr. Karnitz for the good care she gave Lempi while she was her patient.
Our dog, Jack, is a 14 year (and 3 months) old Lab and was suffering from hip pain and was having a lot of difficulty just getting off his bed. He has been in for laser therapy and is a completely different dog. He is as back to his old self, causing trouble and getting in to everything around the house. I am completely amazed at the progress he has made in just a week. If you are skeptical about laser therapy and your dog is suffering, take my advice: try laser therapy...you just might be as amazed as we are.
Great staff! Very informative! This establishment truly loves animals! It’s plain to see at every visit! Very personal and caring approach towards the care of our two dogs. And there’s no pressure with “up-selling” like I’ve seen at other area veterinary offices. Dr, Lorenz & her staff are amazing!

Although they may be a bit more costly than some vets, it’s well worth it. The care and compassion they give your kids is amazing. They want to make sure they are comfortable, ALWAYS, along with the parents. We love them, and highly recommend them❤️
Took my puppy Gunner in yesterday and all the staff wanted to play with him and made him feel comfortable! He had a great experience there and the staff was wonderful. Also love the emails that staff sent to tell me test results and just to check to see how he was doing.
Our rescued cat had a procedure done a few weeks ago. Staff was amazingly helpful and considerate. Shared pictures with us while our boy was there. Thank you!
