I totally agree with previous review.My neighbors are loud too, and it often wakes me up in the middle of night. Laundry room is often a mess and dryers do not work properly most of the time. Cant wait to move out.
I agree with these other reviews as well. Ive been there about 2 years now, for the fact the apartments are affordable and cute layout, however the managment is never there, problems never get fixed, the laundry room is always too hot. I cant WAIT TO MOVE NEXT MONTH when my lease is up.
This property omits details that you as a resident would want to know before you move in such as the fact that you have to pay heat in these apartments, cannot sign up for regular cable and have to get satellite and buy a satellite dish, and even when you specifically ask to be put in a quiet apartment, puts you next to neighbors who are known to be loud and have obnoxious animals that are constantly making noise.
