Lived there for two years. Was good at first but then the apartments switched to new managers. The new managers are terrible. The property is over run with dog poop everywhere. The vallet trash service is very unreliable and if they don't pick up your trash they still give you a warning for leaving your trash out. Soooo many negative things to say.. definitely don’t recommend!!
RecommendedI moved here in July, and have loved every minute of it!! Our Assistant Manager Sara has always answered my questions with a smile! She along with our great Maintenance team helped make my move from Austin as smooth as possible. Can't say enough good things, the apartments are beautiful inside and out.
Great place to live and be part of the community. Convenient to everything and the staff is great! A comfortable nice and clean place!

I totally recommend Oaks On Marketplace! They are professional, caring, and charismatic persons in the leasing office 🤗 The apartments are beautiful!! The amenities are out of this world 🌍 gorgeous! The neighborhood is very quiet 🤫 & close to everything food, pharmacy, hospital 🏥
Loves living here everyone was so nice and if something went wrong they fixed it quickly!
