I have been here for 3 years and I will say when ai first moved in my apartment wasn’t completely ready, the then PM didn’t file any of my paperwork or check list with the needed repairs.they promise to have done. The maintenance man was a weirdo and made horrible racial comments. Fast forward to present day, I adore the new PM Julia and maintenance Angel. Management is very disrespectful, hung up in my face. Tried to email her multiple times. Just very unprofessional and hard to get in touch with.
My unit is nice in general and location is great, but unfortunately the property management is quite poor. Had reported a leak numerous times that resulted in mold and water damage to personal property that has been ongoing for almost 4 months now, management has effectively done nothing during this time and I ultimately have had to escalate things with the city. I'm real satisfied with the my place plenty of closet space, clean w/ new appliances The availability of having Robert Street stores and lights is refreshing, I no longer feel like I live in The boondocks. Thanks to level 10 management Katie O'Donnell sure made the move a lot more pleasant especially with the cold and holidays during my move-in date everything went smooth very satisfied!
