Lived here for 3 years in a one bedroom apartment. Loved the location, layout, and price. The current property manager, Brendan, has very much improved my living experience there. He’s respectful, responsive, and organized. Any questions or concerns are handled in a timely manner. My experience with the Oaks of West Saint Paul has been very accommodating. Tyler and Brenden in the office have been nothing but helpful and have gone above and beyond to make sure my living arrangements are all squared up. Tyler took me on a tour of the property and was very knowledgeable about the place, very professional, and very kind to my family and I. Ive been here for 5 months and really have no complaints. Lived here for almost 2 years. I don't feel it was worth the price. Cops came through at least twice a week, due to either drug addicts hanging around, aggressive people and just chaos in general. There is also a severe roach infestation, to which we were never informed of prior to move in. Tow trucks will sneakily drive around in the lot at night and tow anyone without a parking sticker and without updated tabs. Tengo 4 años viviendo en estos apartamentos estan bonitos los apartamentos pero hay muy mala administración los vecinos de arriba no me dejan dormir hacen demaciado ruidos y la administración se enoja que uno les diga lo que rsta pasando hay días que solo duermo 2 horas y la administración no hace nada les e llevado videos de los ruidos eso pasa de lunes a viernes si la administración se preocupara mas para solucionar esos problemas talvez fuera diferente porque aqui esta bonito pero la administración es ineficiente y todabi... read more
