Lived here for almost 2 years. I don't feel it was worth the price. Cops came through at least twice a week, due to either drug addicts hanging around, aggressive people and just chaos in general. There is also a severe roach infestation, to which we were never informed of prior to move in. Tow trucks will sneakily drive around in the lot at night and tow anyone without a parking sticker and without updated tabs. Tengo 4 años viviendo en estos apartamentos estan bonitos los apartamentos pero hay muy mala administración los vecinos de arriba no me dejan dormir hacen demaciado ruidos y la administración se enoja que uno les diga lo que rsta pasando hay días que solo duermo 2 horas y la administración no hace nada les e llevado videos de los ruidos eso pasa de lunes a viernes si la administración se preocupara mas para solucionar esos problemas talvez fuera diferente porque aqui esta bonito pero la administración es ineficiente y todabi... read more
I have been here for 3 years and I will say when ai first moved in my apartment wasn’t completely ready, the then PM didn’t file any of my paperwork or check list with the needed repairs.they promise to have done. The maintenance man was a weirdo and made horrible racial comments. Fast forward to present day, I adore the new PM Julia and maintenance Angel.
