I had part of my roof blow off in a microburst. I called several roofing companies and decided on OAKS Construction. They came right out, gave me a very reasonable estimate and fit me in their busy schedule. The work was professionally done, everything cleaned up and there was follow up to insure I was satisfied. They are very easy to do business with and do a great job. I would highly recommend them and would hire them again.

will not have this company do any work for me any more over charged for work they did not do when l pointed it out l was told the wording meant some thing else was to paint all wall now say the contract only meant one wall l am still waiting to have the gutters repaired beware of the contracts that Frankie T**** write when it come to the work he say it is all together something other then the contract say. Oaks Construction (****** ********) tried to repair my roof 2x. Once Dec 28, 2020 and most recently 3/8/22 and I was charged a total of $683.20 for the visits. Both times the singles they replaced came off. Both times the contractors (****** ********) said the roof is in good condition and the repairs will take care of the issue. Called and talked to Paige and she said they would set me up and reminded me of the service rates or she could send someone out to estimate a new roof. She said the are no warranties on repairs. This past August I posted a very negative review of Oaks Construction. I would like to rescind that now. Since that time, the owner Kris Oaks, personally got involved. He has worked very hard to resolve any and all of my issues and concerns. He has communicated with me regularly, assigned staff to work with me, and has done anything possible to make me happy. Oaks Construction replaced my sliding glass door and did a fantastic job. They needed extra trim and worked with me before making and any adjustments. I swear they left my house cleaner than when they got here and even took the old scrap door with them. Respectful, efficient workers. Highly recommend!

Oaks Construction was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. Estimator Phil L****** came to my house for a quote to cover my trim, facia, and soffits in aluminum and vinyl. The written quote he provided lacked so much detail a third grader could have written it. Nonetheless, based upon the quoted price and the number of positive reviews I did not shop anywhere else. Five stars to Oaks Construction! Thank you Tom, Anthony, John and the hard working crew who did a complete tear off, re-roof and clean up all in one day! Customer service and quality of work was top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends!!

Oaks construction completely transformed a very tired space into the most beautiful salon & spa. Everyone i worked with listened to everything i asked for and made my visions come to life. Dave, and his crew, Jay, Mike, and the painters, were absolutely amazing and easy to work with.
