I've lived here for about 1.5 years. It's awful. Call for maintenance, wait a few days, call again, continue waiting. I finally called again, after around two months, & threatened them with "health" and "safety" for the tenants, & I swear to you, they were up here in 5 minutes to fix my problem. Their landscapers tore up the back of my fence, I could no longer let the dogs outside, without standing over them the entire time.
