I have lived at the Oak for 2 years and i have not had a problem with anyone the Staff is wonderful. I dont like moving and if i could i would stay there but I m having financial problem...If you are looking for a great place to live give them a try.... LB
THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN. COCKROACHES, MICE, MOLD, DOG CRAP EVERYWHERE, CANT LET YOUR KIDS OUT SIDE, GLASS EVERYWHERE, REPAIRS RARELY EVER GOT DONE, UNLESSIT WAS AN EMERGENCY, THE SWEWAGE PIPES ALWAYS BACKED UP (MIND YOU THAT IT'S RIGHT OUT SIDE YOUR FRONT DOOR, #WALKING IN CRAP). We moved in two weeks ago and aboslutely love it. The staff is very nice and helpful. We have had a couple of maintanence issues. The staff was on top of making repairs. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!!! BE WARE OF THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!! THEY NEVER MAKE ANY REPAIRS! THEY ARE MICE, MOLD, AND MILDEW INFESTED!!!! THEY ARE GROSS!!!!!!! I moved into The Oaks at St Andrews in March 8 2013, on March 10, 2013 I turned in my move in inspection sheet with the list of repairs that needed to be done which included the odor of pet urine, feces, mold and mildew (which was my BIGGEST concern)!!! Live here for 8 months and this by far the worst apts I have ever been in... For the price of $700 you get nothing.... But headace callin rent office for issues is a complete waist of time nothing will ever get done. Someone sneaks around in the middle of the night and write's vulgar messages on my door.heat bearly work,smoke alarm don't work,carpert filthy dirty,cabinets fallin apart,fridge broke, and u get traffic and & out of the door all hrs of the day/night.. This place is the nastiest place I've ever live. I've never in my life had to pay 679 a month to live with roaches, mice and mold. I've lived here 4 months and its been hell since I've been here. When it rains you have to clear everything out because it comes into your apartment from the middle od the floor. I've got to replace some of my stuff where it has mold all over it because of it. I had to select a star or I couldn't post This apt complex cost too much and is nasty.my friend lives here and posts close to 700 a month and I just seen a mouse in herplace.plus there pool rules are dumb.don't live here
This is the worst place I ever lived. My son and I spent 1.5 living here and I hated it from the first mintue. The only reason I stayed past my year lease was to close on my house. The first night I moved in, raoches crawled out of the air vents. It took my contacting a lawyers and withholding rent to get it cleared up. That was just my first two months there.
