Very disappointed with the lady that does the check-in very unprofessional .. I told her that I had called ahead of time and I quoted exactly what I was told and she said we would never have said that! so I said are you calling me a liar... she was extremely hateful disposition, very rude tone of voice ...
I just love Oakridge care. The staff is always so kind. Today Laura Moore was on duty and took the time to give my daughter's toy dog a check up too.

I have never had a bad experience here. They took great care of my son on more than one occasion, and they even have taken great care of me. So grateful to have such a wonderful place to rely on close to home.
