We have lived in this park for over 10 years. This is a wonderful park, with very good residents, the clubhouse is very active in the winter, with Bingo, pot lucks, crafts, parties and much more. Everyone takes pride in their homes and yards. Yes this is Lakelands best kept secret. We take pride in our park and always will.
Avoid this place – They say its "Lakeland's best kept secret" Well I wish no one told me. The place is a dump. The homes are old and ugly. The grounds are a mess, no real grass just a lot of weeds. Rooms togo warehouse is right behind the park and they make noise all night long, train tracks to the north are very noisy with Amtrack and freight trains 24/7 Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
New owner and new park managers – This park is a beautiful park with 50 large spacious lots. The park has a clubhouse where the tenants gather for pot luck dinners. Bingo is enjoyed thru the fall and winter months when all the sno-birds come back down You can put your new home in the park and enjoy free lot rent for 2 1/2 years as an incentive. There are vacant lots available. Check us out, you will see what a nice place it is to live. The streets are lined with palm trees. Beautiful!!!
Best Kept Secret Around!!! – This park is a hidden jewel. If you want a nice rural setting with large lots where people take pride in their homes, friendly neighbors, great place to walk and a nice clubhouse to join in with the community activities....this park would fit the bill. Great Place !! – I have only been in this park for about 3 months and to me its the best kept secret in lakeland lots are very spacious and as far as noise goes were else can you live were a car might drive by once every hour.. LOVE IT!!..People are friendly and Great Manager and Owners.. Did i say i love it..
Nice small quiet park – I rented in this park for a couple months late in 2009. I don't think there are normally rental units but you can always check. The new owner has made several improvements. I think this park offers an opportunity to enjoy all central Florida has to offer at a very reasonable rate. The people are friendly and the park is pet friendly. Used to be a great park till about a year ago. – It was a very quit park until about a year ago when Ted moved a trouble maker in there always getting stuff started, having the Law come out there several times. He takes pictures of you and your dog, yes there are bikers in the park ( 3 wheel bikers ), and people in there wheelchairs that ride around on the scooters. Buyers beware – Not pet friendly or people friendly. Has alot of motorcycles. Check it out for yourself and you'll see why there are so many for sale signs up. They speak for themself.
