Extremely professional with quick response time. Excellent job communicating with me in another state. I bought a car from them!
I was contacted by email and called. the saleman who's name was on the email was not in. I talked to someone, possibly an owner???? He was not willing to move at all on price. I received another email and asked again and no change. I will be in the area, about 4 hours from my home on Friday and will not bother to go to this dealer. I know that manual transmissions are hard to sell, especially on this type of vehicle but I like manuals but wouldn't purchase from Oakley.

They were quick to respond I just have had some issues so I haven’t gotten back with them
Oakley Auto World contacted right away. The truck had sold the day before. They was real helpful trying to find me another truck that fit my needs. I ended up finding one someplace else. Would have no problem reaching out to them when I'm in the marked again. Out of everyone I contacted they was the fasted to reach out and most willing to help find something for me.

Very helpful, adjusted due to coronavirus to make things go smoothly
It was the best place I've ever bought a vehicle at...They had the vehicle I was interested in out front waiting for me to test drive. It was just as listed and just a few hours later I had it bought and ready to drive home. Mitch was great sales person to work with he answered every question I had with a good knowledge of what he was selling. I would recommend anyone who's looking for a used vehicle to try them first you won;t be disappointed.
It was an excellent experience, very professional their standards for the condition of there vehicles is very high and I will definitely return with my business.
Got with me right away and kept in touch with new vehicles that met my criteria. The owner even got with me to see if he could help in any way. Haven't found the right one yet.
