Responded to me, but it was an automatic response from an AI system, and it wasn’t working as it should. She posed as a real person, but then as the days progressed trying to get more information about this or that, I realized it was AI because she was repeating the exact same things to me when I had already been through that stuff! I finally said, forget it because I was not getting the questions that I needed answered, answered!

Salesperson very helpful in sending me videos of the car because I lived hours away. Helped save me hours of needed driving.
This dealership was great except for I need a dealership that will give me a chance to buy a car because my credit sucks and I tell them all that and they're like well we're we will work with you and they still want two or $3,000 down I can come up with a thousand to 1500 down but they all want more I just need somebody to give me a chance to get a nice car and to pay it off cuz I guarantee you they won't be disappointed I need a vehicle to survive

I received friendly responses from the dealer, but was confused since the original pic of the truck online had a cap on it, but somehow the cap was not available.
