The Staff were great. The CarCruse add said "price includes fees", but they included a CarChief Service fee of #750.00 That was nonrefundable and provided me with NO useful information I could use, or interact with. (not programed YET). I don't see me using them again.

Any question I concern I had was immediately put to rest with videos sent to me showing me everything in detail. I live 2 hours from the dealership so this was very helpful. They helped make my trade in be what I needed it to be to make the deal happen before I made the trip over. Very friendly team that’s willing to work with you
