I can’t thank Oaklands enough. Our girl tore her CCL in both hind legs. Dr. Tom walked us through the whole process, recovery and really helped eased our minds. This office is full of truly amazing people.
Not sure what all the hype is about? We moved to Victoria in March (my cat and I). He’s my bro and my son, so I call him Brosun - not his real name, but the most popular of his 10 or so nicknames. Made an appointment with Oaklands. Not for vaccinations or to look at anything specific, just to establish a relationship with a vet prior to actually needing a specific service. This is genuinely the best vet we’ve ever taken our cats to. They’re informative, patient, and clearly explain diagnostics and treatment options. When one of our cats faced a serious health issue, they supported us through every step and helped us feel confident in how to care for him at home. Everyone here is kind and helpful. We absolutely cannot recommend them enough!
Amazing staff, grateful they helped my lil Bart pass peacefully.
Even though we told them it is an emergency and my bird might die if we don’t get help, they told us they were too busy. We have to travel for hours just to be declined.
