RecommendedHad a great experience storing our stuff there short term. Staff was helpful and polite. Unit was in good shape, remained dry and insect free. No issues with moisture despite heavy rains. Easy to access but felt secure.
They need new management and professional employee's. Worst experience with any company I have had in years. Do yourself a favor and not use them.
Well, I had to beg for them to put gravel in the mud hole I was parking in, then I said we should receive free rent as they are making us move from our spot. I pay for a covered spot and that’s what I expect, but I get a call last nite from the manager that was pissed off because I said we need to receive free rent and that they are doing away with the spot that many of us are parked in. Easy access, Good security and continuing improvements, and the prices are reasonable.
The recent improvement from gravel to asphalt is NICE! I realize it isn't 100% finished, but what is finished is great. I also appreciate the great customer service I get whenever I speak to management. They treat their customers with consideration and respect. I'll recommend Oakland Self Storage to everyone I know.
Very good people to rent from. Good prices and nice units. Just wish the drive throughout was paved. That’s my only complaint
Facility is clean and upgraded. Gate 2 needs moreattention pertaining to the large wate puddles in entry area.
