DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTIES FROM THIS COMPANY!! Place was filthy at move in with no working bathroom till the next day. Shower had exposed drywall and a whole in the wall. Bathroom paint peeled off with black mold. They said they would fix in June but the issue remained on move out day. Left the place cleaner than when moved in and still charged for 2 hours of cleaning and blinds that were broken at move in to our security deposit. VERY UNETHICAL company. Stay away!!
We were rushed into signing a lease before we were able to look at the property. We arrived at the property that would barely fit a bed into the room and the property was smeared in smoke. They wouldn't allow us to terminate the lease even though we were only able to view the apartment the day we arrived. We've set up a complaint with the BBB, Beter Business Buerau if anyone would like to add their complaints to it.
