It's a beautiful community with quiet family neighborhood. Great location!
Really sad to see the beautiful natural landscape to be bulldozed because of this community.
The HOA fees have gone up by 50% after just one year. We are very disappointed, especially considering the developer told us it wouldn't change for a number of years.
