Warm inviting neighborhood, with charming homes, lovely trees, Lake Apopka, West Orange Trail, great Clubhouse, & friendly neighbors!
We have never felt more "at Home" and love the community, people and location. We walk, bike and are outside more than we ever have been.
The bike trail is awesome and so is the farmer's market.
The best real estate move we have ever made! I am so thankful we got in at the depth of the housing crash, April of 2012 and now have a 15 yr 2.99% mortgage! We would never be able to buy a lot and build our home with J & J today for the price we paid then! We are not going anywhere and if we do at some point in the future we will walk away with a very handsome profit! :)
