$250 for a 5 minute conversation where he just blew off my symptoms and test results, absolute waste of time and money. Got properly diagnosed elsewhere.
The only positive I have was the Dr I was seeing was nice. But there were so many things that went wrong during my 4 months working with this office. Rude office staff, incorrect info given by front office and doctors. I had to really be on top of my own care and remind them of my own health issues.
I have been seeing Dr. Burns for migraines since 2014 and he has helped wonders, is always willing to listen, and I have never had a terrible experience with anyone who works in this office. Take some of these reviews with a grain of salt since not many people leave them unless they had a "bad" experience. I have since moved almost an hour away and still make the drive and time to come in person here because they have always been great. Dr. Young is great but call wait times are at least an hour. This is very frustrating because not everyone has an hour to spare.
