I tried to see dr. Rossi but there was a 5 month wait so I saw Dr. Ryder. It seemed fine at first but in my 2nd appointment I had a lot of issues. I accidentally canceled my appointment so I called the office to explain my mistake and reschedule. I was told everything was fine and I could keep my original time. When I showed up they told me I canceled my appointment and I told them what happened and they didn't care. They only let me stay because I complained. Nice office staff, educated, hard working. Dr Burns is a great doctor.
$250 for a 5 minute conversation where he just blew off my symptoms and test results, absolute waste of time and money. Got properly diagnosed elsewhere.
The only positive I have was the Dr I was seeing was nice. But there were so many things that went wrong during my 4 months working with this office. Rude office staff, incorrect info given by front office and doctors. I had to really be on top of my own care and remind them of my own health issues.
I have been seeing Dr. Burns for migraines since 2014 and he has helped wonders, is always willing to listen, and I have never had a terrible experience with anyone who works in this office. Take some of these reviews with a grain of salt since not many people leave them unless they had a "bad" experience. I have since moved almost an hour away and still make the drive and time to come in person here because they have always been great.
