Love this hotel. Very helpful staff, clean rooms, fast room service. I have NO idea where the negative reviews are coming from!
I saw a number of negative comments about this hotel but haven't experienced anything to complain about. Must be the competition trying to get business.
This time the water was infused with pineapple. Yum!
The restroom is by the Grand Ballroom! They're so upity that they won't tell you where the restroom is if you're not a guest!
Free bottle of water in the room, drink it.
Internet - 10 or 14, depending on speed. Recently renovated. Rooms are not great. Elevator is indeed a death trap. Lounge is for exec members. Food is not very expensive, even at bar. Gym is good.
Don't expect much. The rooms aren't clean, and the customer service is absent.
