Meh. Nothing too special, but comes with Marriott standards which ends up being one of the better hotels in Downtown Oakland.
A lifesaver from the 12th Street BART. The code for the lobby restrooms is 2468. Don't tell anyone.
no room service. they let you get delivered to your room which sucks and no coffee delivered to room but you can make it with $6 bottle of water because tap water was imported from Flint.
Weird "room service" and internet is extra.
The location is good but the rooms need work

They really take good care of you in their meeting spaces, but their charges for support equipment and services make them expensive for meetings.
