Called down to see if these folks could take a few links out of a Seiko Divers watch that I had purchased elsewhere. Staff was very courteous on the phone, and gave me a quote on the price of the service. I stopped down that day, and the work was done while I waited. The Gentleman who waited on me was very courteous, and knew his stuff about watches. Highly reccomended. 5 Stars
