In many gardens there are entire families buried like in our family’s case where our family has 18 spots. I’m so glad you changed policy to allow us hanging and above ground decorations!💖❤️♥️
Please keep your promises. We have love ones there and it is an embarrassment for the lack of upkeep and repairing grave markers that you broke.
You would think after 2 years this could be made right. I have been told this is complete. Does it look complete? Poor poor service. I have spoken to Dan, as well as Robert Fry. With little more than empty promises. It is time to get off your Butts and get It done.
Never order a Grave blanket or wreath through them. They charge you and they never put it on the grave. Twice this has happened to us.
My Mother was buried in spring 2016, here it is the fall of 2017 the maintenance of the plot is deplorable. Originally after being buried in the ground had sunk in, this can be quite normal I was assured it would be leveled topsoil and seeded. Now over a year and a half later there is dirt and gravel mounded up still no grass. I spoke to Robert fry who assured me this would be taken care of, today is 10/17/2017 I spoke to him over a week ago still nothing done. Next stop lawyer. I appreciate the opportunity to provide service to families in their time of need! You only have to sit with a grieving spouse once to know there is a better way!
My Grandparents are layed to rest as well as my Aunt and it is a beautiful cemetery. Very clean and manicured lawns all year long
If I could give this negative stars I would. I just got off the phone with my Mother who received a call from these people "reminding her" that she needs to come in to take care of some business ON THE ANNIVERSARY OF HER HUSBANDS DEATH!! It doesn't get much lower than that. I would go on about the insensitivity and pure unprofessionalism regarding the actual day of my Father's burial but it would bring up more bad memories of this place.
