An exception Surgeon. Nothing negative to say. Dr. Joseph is one of a kind!
I do think Dr. Joseph is a great doctor — she makes you feel comfortable and gives the impression that she really knows you, which I truly appreciate. However, my low rating is due to the billing practices at this office. I was referred to Dr. Joseph by my primary care physician for a simple cyst. Instead of resolving it in one visit, I was asked to return three separate times. In total, I probably spent no more than two minutes with the doctor, yet I was billed for three full visits. Love Dr. Joseph. She is so kind and compassionate and cares about her patients. She makes you feel more relaxed with each surgery. Dr. Joseph is the best. I have another surgery coming up. She is the best surgeon out there. Being admitted two days prior. I know she will give me something to relax before the surgery. I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Joseph and Takiva since 2017 and they are both the best. Wish other doctors and staff were like them.
