I would put a negative if I could. I took off work to get a test done and all she was worried about were my glasses. I said I am here for this test and she says well I don't have time to do it now and how is that my problem. Optical basically stole my money. They have no idea how to do glasses correctly. I definitely will never go back there. Found and new one and they did my glasses perfectly. They wear them for a week and I said so you want me to crash my car and are you going to pay for it.
The staff is exceptionally polite and friendly. Dr. Roxana Hakimzadeh is knowledgeable and thorough. I trust her completely with all of my vision needs.
