It’s nice to be able to contact a company through a variety of avenues and David C does a great job of managing the Carpet Guys’ social media presence. It’s also nice to have a carpet company move furniture for FREE. Love that. Looking forward to moving forward on a project I've been waiting to do at some point in the very near future! Very pleased with the options.
"You can cancel, even the day before install if you want." said the Carpet Guys salesmen. This lie started a month of hell for me and my family. In the end, they refused to void a $9,875.00 charge because we cancelled a job with them (due to a massively higher quote than every other carpet place we've requested quotes from). They then lied to me and had me drive 59 minutes each way to their headquarters just so they could shame me about cancelling with them and provided no attempt to make a resolution to the situation. Best Service & Quality! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Salesman Brian, was very professional! Filled my living room with samples of the color I asked for! They helped me take apart my furniture that needed to be takin apart..move my furniture and put everything back to how I had it! Had everything installed in 6 hours. My 3 bedroom floors look, smell & feel amazing! Never seen anybody work like Freddy & his co worker. Didn’t take a smoke break, water break or even touched a smart phone. Unbelievable! 5 ?? ????????
Buyer beware. We purchased two carpets from the Carpet Guys. One was to go in our family room, the other into our living room/dining room. On installation day the installer started to install the carpet intended for the family room in the living room. He had already cut it to fit. When we discovered the mix up we stopped the installation and found after a call to the office the carpets had been cut incorrectly at the warehouse. Don’t let them fool you!! I am so disappointed. We got new carpet from The Carpet Guys in 2016. We explained to the Salesperson that we were on a slab and that it was a high traffic area. He suggested we get the higher end plush carpet that they had. I asked for heavy duty padding because we are on a slab and he said they only offered one padding it it would fine because this carpet would last us at least 10 years! Although the final outcome of product was outstanding tge process was missersble. The sales person measured wrong and we have about 800$ of planking sitting in our living room unopened. Installers did Great job but company would only let them do 4 hours of work and thennpull them to another job. That happened 3 times. It took 2 weeks to get job done. Installers didnt know there were steps to be done when arriving. All installers did not come when scheduled. Installers did not cleannup when they were done. My husband and I ha... read more
Do not recommend this company at all! I was suppose to have carpet and vinyl flooring installed on May 5th. I was given a call the vinyl fooring was on back order so could not be installed on the 5th-OK, no biggie. I was confirmed carpet would install still in the 5th. The 5th comes around, sit and wait for Carpet Guys to show. No show. I call my salesman and he said he would call back and let me know what was going on-he calls and said they made a mistake in schedule and would call back again. No call back.
