The Carpet Guys went above and beyond my expectations! I broke my wrist and leg in a car accident and contracted them to work on my house prior. Not only did they come in and offer to help me with anything and everything I could possibly need. They moved my furniture and my belongings and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire time they worked on my house. So so grateful!!! Thank you so much!!!

Truly wish I could give zero stars. We've used this company to install our flooring and after the fact, we've had countless issues with the installation including asbestos release into my home as well as broken floor boards from carpet installation. After calling and dealing with these issues for nearly a year, I have been scream at, been called names by, and treated like absolute garage by the installation manager, Nick who I have now been apologized to for his behavior by multiple Carpet Guy employees. The CarpetGuys did an incredible job installing the vinyl and carpet in my new misshapen house. Whoever the previous owners hired to creat an addition to the house with. Didn’t feel the need to use a measurer or leveler. I appreciate how meticulous they were and all the time they spent measuring then remeasuring everything again and again. I appreciated the saleswoman who did not try and price gouge me. She was honest, helpful and very informative. The price was fair when you add in the quality of products being used and the skill of the installers. They did an exceptional job and I would use them again.
I hired the carpetguys to replace the carpets in all 3 of my Airbnb rentals. They cut me a good deal since I was having a lot done. I needed my biggest and most expensive rental done asap. They were able to get it done in just 2 days AND with short notice! I’m happy with all 3 properties and highly recommend using the carpetguys!

All the rain we’ve had this year caused my house to flood. Destroying my floors with it. After weeks of researching (and a modest budget) I ended up calling The Carpet Guys The salesperson came to my house the very next day. He truly seemed to care about my circumstance and put a lot of energy and effort to make due with the little I had. Now I can honestly say that having my flood wasn’t the worst thing.
