This dealership provided good service. Especially Tom! I went in knowing what I wanted so I really didn't have a ton of questions. I went in with check in hand but was forced to apply for credit. I was told it was California "law." We were really pressured to purchase an extended warranty with the car several times. Overall, this was a positive experience.

Great car, great customer service!
Ronny was very helpful...we just couldn't find the perfect car initially. After much work, we found it and negotiated the tems...but before I could get there the next morning...my interested car sold. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere, I understand but was disappointed the car was not put on hold for 12 hours.

good follow up - but too late - after meeting with staff and having her tell me several times that she sent me a file that i had already told her i could not open!

Wow! Even though I didn't purchase the car, I had an great experience. Maria is amazing!! I recommend anyone to work with Maria. She did everything in her power to try to give me what I was asking for. Maria sent me a video of the car and every speck of it. I would for sure consider them again.
