The staff at Oakland Acura is top notch. They are very professional and courteous, but most of all not pushy or aggressive. I test drove the vehicle I was interested in and offered an additional test drive at my request. Although I have not purchased a vehicle yet, I plan to recommend Oakland Acura to all I hear from that are interested in owning the Acura of their choice.
This dealership provided good service. Especially Tom! I went in knowing what I wanted so I really didn't have a ton of questions. I went in with check in hand but was forced to apply for credit. I was told it was California "law." We were really pressured to purchase an extended warranty with the car several times. Overall, this was a positive experience.
