Get a complete management change. I could go for days how much of a crap hole this place is with how they manage and charge you for every little thing. Macro manage every freaking thing.
Love it. Miss it. Want to go back. Left because we couldn’t afford it.
I just wanted to share how Amazing Matt the head of maintenance is. He went above and beyond this last Thursday. My new room mate, a disabled vet, can't lift anything to heavy and Matt spent 20 minutes helping me move his belongs in. Ever since I've known Matt he has always showed great customer service and been so friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Please pass on these kudos.
Holly will smile in your face, but is really just a snake in the grass. Unreasonable move out charges applied indiscriminately. Moved into an apartment that was in terrible condition: missing closet doors, dirty throughout- I spent days cleaning my new unit. I never complained (BUT I SHOULD HAVE). I was appalled when I received a move out bill to replace a towel rack that was broken when I moved in. I am all for fairness, but that escaped me in many ways dealing with the staff at Oakhurst. Disgusting apartments. Neighbors are really loud you can literally hear EVERYTHING!! My packages always got stolen. No good security. Management is horrible to. Glad I moved out!!!
Had the most amazing experience living here! The staff were amazing. In one instance, I mentioned the fridge had leaked, and they brought us a brand new one just a couple hours later! When my 2yr old stuffed a toy into the toilet, they were there in minutes to fix it. And they're super responsive to their group Facebook page to answer questions and be helpful!! It has been great! Highly recommend this place! And my kids loved it too!! <3
