Mt grandson is 2 and he needed his front teeth taken out and the whole staff there was very good
We have tried several times and places over the years to get a dental exam for our son with Autism and he has never allowed them to look in his mouth. I was so happy to find a dentist that honors the sensory needs of ASD individuals. It was so great, as she patiently let him touch all the implements in the private and quite room I watched his fears melt away. As he started to trust her she slowly worked through each step. I can definitely say I won't be going back there! I went to the palm river location subsequent an ER visit to switch care to this area! Well not only was I abruptly told that the meds I currently take "they don't prescribe", I was also told that in order to get the referrals and imaging I need I should get real insurance! News flash! If I had real insurance there would be at least one self righteous physician I know out of a job! Smh Id recommend to no one
Today I took my son for his dental appointment to SCHC on lakewood for the first time and the staff and doctors were amazing. My son loved this place and can't wait to go back for his next cleaning. Thank you all for making his first experience with your office amazing. I highly recommend this office. Very kid friendly and also allow parents to go back which is a plus. Wish I could give u all 10 stars. Keep up the good work.
