Just tried to call the Plant City location for a dental appointment and I sat on hold for 15 minutes before someone very obviously answered the phone and hung up on me without a word. Very professional. Upon calling back, spoke to Rebecca and the first dental appointment for new patients is the end of January. I'm sure my broken tooth can wait over a month.

Brandon Dental is located at Suncoast. My 5 yr old Granddaughter is afraid of the dentist and wouldn't let anyone work on her teeth. She loves this place and the people! Great place to go.
I started out using the Ruskin location as a walk-in clinic 9 years ago, then as my regular PCP. They are professional, and return my calls promptly. My PCP transferred to the Brandon location so I now go there, but use Ruskin's pharmacy. There is never a long wait if you have an appointment. What I pay is based on my income, which means I can afford to get sick.
I’m a patient at the Plant City location and I’m happy with the care I’ve received in person but trying to reach anyone on the phone to discuss my health is like pulling teeth! I’m chronically ill and take various medications to manage my illnesses, I called yesterday (9/27) with questions regarding one of my medications.
