I was interested in a specific vehicle and asked for information about it. The only response I received was about the large inventory that they had available. The car I wanted has been sold in the meantime.
It was good they were helpful
Internet sales consultant is blunt. Not eager to sale. Internet sale means customer is not local. It take time to get in town to see the car. They want to put down non refundable $500 to hold the car to next day. I asked her what if the car is not like it looks on the picture, or I found body parts not lined up good, or little scratch on the car. Sales responded to my inquiry very quickly. Dealership staff was very friendly, helpful, nice and answered all my questions. I have not seen the vehicle yet, it is being detailed and l am trying to find time to travel to see the vehicle. Great dealership.
We bought a sr5 ….we had to bring our new puppy because we didn’t have anyone to watch her…they were friendly
