We love Oakes Meat Processing!!! We have had meat processed there many times and they always do a terrific job. We have also used them several times to cater parties and church functions. They have never disappointed. The food is always so good!!!
We have used Oaks for the last time!!! We used oaks several times and they have done a decent job. But we will not be using them again. We took 2 hogs to be butchered and they said one of the hogs mysteriously shattered both back legs ruining the hams and the hams had to be turned into sausage. These were 200lbs hogs. Oaks didn't even offer to make it right. They were given simple instructions for the 2nd hog and made mistakes with it also.
I bought bacon and fresh sausage it is delicious it will definitely be back
