This place is horrible the staff makes things up and since I Ben here there have been multiple occasions where I am paying extra money with no explanation save your money I can’t wait until my terms are fulfilled

Current tenant here. The place is filled with mold and mildew. Two cockroach infestations in less than a year, which I didn't cause. I have incurred water damage TWICE, and now my bedroom is unusable due to a recent water leak that damaged my ceiling. Though they "fixed" the problem according to WSP code standards, I am left with a persistent mildew/musty odor for the remainder of my tenancy and have to haggle to request a rent reduction.
