If i could give 0 stars i would. Apparently the owner or whatever he called himself was stalking me sitting in my car and pulled up right next to me to tell me he had been watching me sit in my car and that i couldn’t be in the parking lot. He proceeded to beep the horn outside the apartments to get my friend’s attention inside... which I’m pretty sure caused ruckus to others who lived in the building( what an owner). He also called me out my name. Do not live here if you plan on having your guests stalked/watched.
