Our cat stopped eating and lost a lot of weight. Which caused her to develop fatty liver. She was at the hospital 3-4 days which cost $6770. Shes been home almost a month now and is back to eating and looking healthy. The cost for her care was more then I wanted to spend. But at the same time, I don't think she would be alive today if it were not for the care she received at the Oakdale animal hospital.
I took my dog to the Urgent Care side and was charged for an Emergency Price. Why? Because according to the staff there is ZERO difference in pricing between the Urgent Care and Emergency Room side of the business. They wanted to hold my dog overnight to see a surgeon while transferring him to the ER. I elected to take my dog home and went to a separate animal hospital.
