I visited these apartments after my locator sent me the listing. I won’t get into personal details, but when I arrived, the manager asked Keyanna O to assist me. She appeared irritated about having to help, but as my mom always taught me, I chose to respond with kindness. We toured the apartment, and while it seemed fine, she didn’t walk us through the space, provide much information, or ask if I had any questions. Oak Chase Sucks, don't move here they increase the water bill month to month and every month they shut off the water for more than 1 day for "plumbing repairs" Supposedly, they charge pest control and they have an infestation of roaches in the buildings and say if a neighbor's problem but you can't break the contract until the treatment works but have more than 3 months waiting for the "treatment work" and they dont give any reasonable solution than if you want to go you need to pay and it's like why I need to pay you for an... read more

DON’T LIVE HERE AT ALL COSTS. This was quite possibly the worst renting experience of my life. This complex is currently under investigation by the Tarrant County Public Health Department for communicable diseases due to roach and rat bacterial infections and infestations. First my apartment was infested by roaches and rats, I would see five to 10 roaches a day (see photos). They literally would get on my plate of food after I made dinner within seconds. Christa and Alana have been very helpful with our stay at oak chase. Apartments are ok, a lot of construction going on so it’s definitely not quiet.
