4 years in at Oak Chase and living in my third apartment at the complex. Great experience overall and they have accommodated and took care of minor issues I’ve had during the first year I lived here. Clean, quiet and always felt safe. Only downfall is rent is rising everywhere. Other than that, good experience.
(Going to keep posting this they keep deleting)Let me just say from a person who used to work here this management is horrible. Residents complained on a daily basis about the roach infestation (I will attach pictures below) I quit because of how the property manager -Christa Finley treated residents and co workers she made me clean up dead roaches in “move in ready”apartments I would have to saturate a new apartment with spray mop about 20 times and it was still infested , while she sat in her air conditioning office. Very happy with my experience so far. The Apartments and grounds are clean and well maintained. Very quiet atmosphere. The staff have been very helpful and friendly.
Omg OMG OMG LET ME TELL YOU MY EXPERIENCE WITH OAK CHASE BEEN VERY AMAZING CHRISTA WAS MY LEASING AGAENT AT THE BEGINNING OF MY LEASE AND SHE IS VERY HELP FULL AND UNDERSTANDING YOU GO GIRL ELANA IS YHE SWEETEST AND VERY FUNNY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING AS WELL MY TIME HERE WITH MAINTENANCE THERE ON TIME AND GETS THE JOB DONE THANKS GUYS YOUR ALL ATE AWESOME !!!!!!!
Christa and Elana to of the nicest helpful ppl known to man or woman I just moved in August 8th and already feel welcome thanks to both ladies accommodations and very courteous ways keep it up ladies you optimize great tenant service
