One of the most alarming and unacceptable issues during my time at Oak Chase Apartments was the presence of rats in and around the units. Yes, actual rats not just mice or insects. Out of deep concern for my safety and well-being, I am choosing to remain anonymous in this review but I feel obligated to warn future renters. I lived at Oak Chase Apartments and experienced one of the most unsettling and hazardous issues you can imagine: a rat infestation. This was not a one-time incident. It became a recurring nightmare. I’ve had such a great experience living at this apartment complex! The management team Alena and Christa are super responsive and always friendly, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the trash is always picked up. The units are spacious, and I really appreciate the quiet, welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the location is super convenient with everything I need just a short drive away. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free living environment!
Wonderfully clean property and friendly staff. My service requests have all been answered timely and the ducks around the complex are very charming!
I have lived here a couple of years now, and anytime I have a service request it is handled within 24-48 hours(non-emergency). The maintenance people get the job done. Thanks guys
