Called in to get information on rather or not they where leasing and accepting vouchers the guy that answered the phone had a very condescending tone I asked information about leasing and he said something really fast then said but thanks for calling didn’t leave room for me to respond or ask all the necessary questions I had as if he rushed me off the phone. The maintenance team is pretty good with the time frames of getting work orders handled. However, some of the office personnel act like they’re being bothered when we call or come in with any issues. I called twice about an issue and it’s been almost 2 weeks, and the issue has not been fixed and could potentially be a hazard to all guests in that building area. I love my apartment the floor plans are specious and open. I love the office staff they go above and beyond. When I had a recent injury tje office manager called to check on me and went so far as to pickup my prescriptions and something to eat since I couldn't drive how cool is that. As of April 28th 2025 Jeremy the maintenance has taken care of our problem with a fast curtisous response, he takes care of business and does it with a smile, great job!
Edit: I’m starting to see why the people before me moved out. I hear my neighbors literally all day and night. If they’re not stomping around their apartment, they’re screaming/yelling and throwing around stuff or arguing and banging on things. It makes no sense how loud they are, even around 3 in the morning when I have to get up for work at 5:30. The apartments are a great size, but you can tell they are pretty old, some of the trim from the wall is coming off, the showers are extremely too high to step in, especially for older people, the refrigerator is starting to rust on the doors a little bit as well, just a few issues to start with. The gym is very outdated and needs updated equipment.
