Very perfect customer service with Mariana
A car was broken into right here in our community. If residents can’t safely park their vehicles where they live, what exactly are we paying for? Management needs to address the lack of security immediately before this happens again.
I do not recommend this place. There are rats and cockroaches, and the apartments are in desperate need of maintenance, including plumbing and bathroom repairs. The playground is in terrible condition—the plastic flooring is lifted and full of dirt. The pool is never open. Over time, the rat and roach infestation only gets worse in total 5 rats in the apartment, and instead of solving the problem, the office blames the tenants.
