Horrible place to live. Have roaches and rats ! Management don’t care about the Oaks side only care about the Falls side. Had to call code compliance four times ; Even when they came out it was still a horrible place to stay. If you desperately need a place Yes pick here but if you know your worth bypass it !

I've never had a problem here going on 2 yrs. Irene was great and the lady who's in charge or rent delays Iris is very professional and has good attitude I can say not one bad thing. Yes people mess things up but that's just people being people. The place is clean I've had no incidents. Maintenance is available and do a great job. I recommend this place all the time..

Update: No response from an email per usual. Roaches keep getting worse. I can't even keep dishes in the cabinets. I've never EVER in my life had to deal with such bullsht. Don't move here. My apartment flooded not long after I moved in. Called the emergency line multiple times, and no one came until the afternoon the next day after most of the water had seeped back into the floor, which needs to be pulled up along with the carpet leading upstairs. I'm pretty sure there's mold under the flooring, its definitelyin the utility... read more
