I do not recommend this place. There are rats and cockroaches, and the apartments are in desperate need of maintenance, including plumbing and bathroom repairs. The playground is in terrible condition—the plastic flooring is lifted and full of dirt. The pool is never open. Over time, the rat and roach infestation only gets worse, and instead of solving the problem, the office blames the tenants.

I have been here on The Falls side for 10 years and the current staff are wonderful. Unlike previous management, Irene has been very helpful when I've needed maintenance and is always willing to work with me when I'm struggling. Marianna and Gabby are very kind and considerate to everyone. My 4 star review has nothing to do with the staff, they're doing everything they can, as fast as they can, to fix years of neglect and they are always trying to find ways to make the tenants feel welcome and happy. The playground is in very poor condition, the plastic at the bottom is already lifted and is full of dirt. They never open the pool. Roaches plague get worse with time

Jamás se muden a vivir aquí, es un desorden total, la grúa se lleva tu carro y jamás te dan explicaciones, la renta súper cara, cobran aseguranza, fumigación y jamás recibes fumigación, la basura siempre está ahí tirada y aparte las de la oficina odiosa, todas las noche hay balacera y aunque te quejes todo lo miran normal. Sumando que te dicen q te dan 300 si alguien más se muda. Aún apartamento, mis amigos si se mudaron y los 300 jamás nos dieron.

Worst experience ever the lady in the back office with black hair and glasses was very unprofessional said there special advertisement was not available but could MAYBE ASK?? I have been a lease agent for over 7 years and I would like for the owner to take in consideration after reading this how much of a unprofessional person they have behind that desk and that specials are NOT provided to there prospects as well as tours Worst one ever she said she was alone and just handed the keys just a mess !!
