El departamento es bien solo que hay muchas plagas chiripas, cucarachas y es incontrolable, dicen que fumigan y es lo mismo creo que salen más de echo
I would avoid if you need to use onsite laundry. I've lived here for 7 months and people breaking in to tear the place up/sleep/destroy your clothes has been a reoccurring issue. I have been chased out at night by someone whom I assume had taken up nightly residence in our laundromat as if people who work nights don't wash their clothes. The lights are always turned off and the door has a spring to close it, so once you're inside and have found out somebody is in there tearing stuff up the door has already closed on you. I do not recommend this place. There are rats and cockroaches, and the apartments are in desperate need of maintenance, including plumbing and bathroom repairs. The playground is in terrible condition—the plastic flooring is lifted and full of dirt. The pool is never open. Over time, the rat and roach infestation only gets worse in total 5 rats in the apartment, and instead of solving the problem, the office blames the tenants.
Es asqueroso que hay ratas en los apartamentos y se suben a los muebles y la estufa, dejan sus desechos en la estufa y muebles de cocina. Es realmente desesperante y estresante. Todo el tiempo que he estado aquí he tenido ratas y la administración no me ayuda. Solo viene y pone un poco de espuma yo he comprado todas las trampas de ratas y no hay solución duradera para el tema
