Kim and Lori at Oak Valley Jewelers Ordered a new stone which matched perfectly. Moms opal was replaced and her gold prongs were repaired in record time. 22 years married and 23 years with my dream ring. The prongs were worn down b/c I do not take it off EVER. As a result of that, I lost a diamond. Kim & Lori fixed it at a VERY reasonable price & b/c of the quarantine I got it back in 1 week! A+ price and service! It looks like it did the day I got engaged in 1997😃 Thank you!!!!
