These people are amazing. They care so much about what they do. I have taken all 3 of my cats there since I moved to Cleveland Heights. I can't say enough good things about them. They take time and explain things. Dr. Smith is my favorite vet. He just loves what he does. You can tell.

Business response:

Thanks👍😍

We've been bringing our two large dogs to Oak Tree vet (formerly Mandel) for several years now. Absolutely love this practice. Dr. Smith is wonderful to work with -- explains everything in detail and is so obviously passionate about animals -- and the vet techs are always enthusiastic and remember details from past visits like you're the only client in the office. My dogs are always excited to come here, and scheduling is a breeze (usually gets us in the same day or within a day). Thanks for the care you show us each and eve... read more

Thank you for reassiring me about the timing of my 19 year old cat go. You made me feel as good as possible about my decision to bring her in today. Rachel and Dr. Scott were sympathetic and compassionate in a way that felt genuine.

Business response:

Kay, We are thinking of you during this difficult time. Thank you for your kind words and it was nice speaking with you the day after your visit. Sometimes social media can be difficult but if you would like help with your Facebook please let us know. (Kay made a mistake on her Facebook rating. She did not mean to give us 2 stars but is unable to change it now.)

We are grateful for the comprehensive veterinary care provided by Traci Hitchcock DVM to both of our dogs. Maxwell was a chocolate standard poodle, who worked as a therapy dog with Therapy Dogs Int. He did his best work with humans who had no speech. Maxwell had co-morbid endocrine issues of hypothyroidism, and cushing's disease. Furthermore, he had age related mobility issues. Each visit we had input about what was working the best. When he reached his end days, this entire practice was SUPERB, in making memories and saying... read more

I have placed the well being, and care of everything I love, in the hands of the old, and new owners of this hospital for over 12 years. Each and every encounter...down to a simple phone call, is professional, compassionate, sincere, empathetic and is handled with a sense of urgency. These people, doctors and staff included, are the finest in the industry! Not only does everyone on this team do everything to make your loved ones comfortable, in a potentially stressful experience, they do the same for you! I have nothing but ... read more
