They can't. Can't fix ignorant
RecommendedI am so glad this place exists near me. One of my guinea pig had a head tilt and I was so clueless about it. Next day, I took him to Oak Tree. They took care of the piggie so well. He actually got more active while he was being checked up by Dr Hitchcock!! And after a day of that visit, his tilt is gone and he is back to his jumpy self. I always take my piggies to Oak Tree and they love it there. We love that place!! :) :)
Extremely knowledgeable staff and detailed exams. They are also extremely sensitive to both the animal and the owner. When I mentioned that my cat enjoys sitting on my screened-in back porch, the assistant immediately opened the blinds for him to look out to calm him. They are so informative and willing to answer any question you have. Great staff. I believe this time it was Dr. Nicole. What a gem.
Several staff members of this Veterinary clinic need to be replaced. Their level of apathy and ignorance is unparalleled. Policies, practices and procedures are NOT set in stone and exceptions can always be made. When a customer requests to speak to the business owner, the staff should never say no or attempt to bock the request being made. It is their job to pass the message to the business owner. We really love Dr. Smith. My little girl has never liked going to the veterinary. However, she loves going to see doctor Smith. Everyone is so kind they love there patients. They do not rush. They spend all the time needed and answer all questions. I would recommend Oak Tree to anyone. They are wonderful !

We really love Dr. Smith and the staff at Oak Tree Veterinary Hospital. They have been very supportive and compassionate with our cats. Bianca had a great check up recently. Last year when we had to put our Jasper down, it was rough. We felt that the doctor and staff were just as crushed to see Jasper on his last day with us. Thank you Oak Tree Vet for being there for us!!!
