Over-treated an eye condition for my cat. Used 4 different medicines, $259. I was treated for an eye condition recently - eye drops + erythromycin was like $15 without insurance.

This clinic sent my friends cat home with an open catheter and no receipts or notes to get the medication her cat needed. She then had to rush her cat to the hospital the next day. Listen to the one star reviews! They followed up with her and told her its her fault she can’t “handle her pet in that state”. They are overpriced and rude. I would give 0 stars.

My Shih Tzu needed his teeth removed and was in severe pain. Dr. Smith did a great job and saved his life!

we brought her beloved dog into oak tree yesterday and did not get any updates throughout the day from the office. nobody would call us back. they assured us that she would be fine to bring home lastnight. we were given a bad prescription from Dr. Hitchcok that the pharmacy wouldn't fill. I called oak tree this morning and had them call a new script in and I was able to pick it up. my dog passed away while I was at the pharmacy. we are not happy with the care we received

I went there knowing it might be a slight price but hopeful. When I was there, I felt pressured to sign things and was told my cat would die if I did not buy the test and vaccine. She was already tested, and I found out later from another vet that this often occurs here. I was charged around $120.00 for these two things, AND it required a booster of the vaccine that only outdoor cats need. I tried to contact them and received no help besides "you signed it" when I was confused and told my pets life was in danger. I am still ... read more

Business response:

We just moved to Cleveland Heights and took our sheltie, Alex to this vet for a check up. Alex has arthritis and Dr. Smith started him on some medicine to help him move around better. After just a few weeks of being on the medicine, Alex is moving much better!! We plan on bringing our puppy, Bowie in soon.

Do not bait and switch. I was given an estimate that I agreed to and then charged 125 more which is unethical in the practice of business. Then I was demeaned for even pointing this out. I was told of services I said I wanted on the other hand and asked how much they were, was told I would be given an estimate for those, and never was. Specifically this was a 6 month treatment for ticks and fleas. Instead of giving me that option and the price difference, they gave me something else I did not want or need. They also took an ... read more
