I would NOT recommend. Booked dog friendly room through their website. Arrived n front desk “clerk” informed us that we did not have dog friendly room-as the website books regular room once dog friendly option is filled-and does not make buyer aware. “Clerk” was NOT friendly or polite, encouraged us to go to La Quinta-which we did, 1/2 hour away. NASTY carpets stained. Not cleaned to any code let alone to prevent Covid-19 Front office staff is the only decent part of this hotel
I don’t usually complain but this hotel is not what the pics portray. It is run down, the walls were filthy, the carpet was nasty. The doors in the room had rotten spots, the bed skirts were nasty and old. The bathrooms are outdated and the furniture was. I’ve stayed in a lot of different places in Pigeon Forge and this was one of the worst.
Wonderful place to stay if you have kids or dogs. They actually have 2 dog parks for our fur babies
Nice hotel with two nice pools, nice clean rooms with very comfortable beds, and friendly staff.
It’s nice place to stay and the staff is pleasant
Always enjoy staying just wish they had the breakfast going this time around....
