RecommendedGreat family place
Very nice place to stay. We stayed last week for 5 days. I would definitely recommend this to others. Clean, friendly,and easy access to shops and restaurants. Trolley stop right next to lodge. Balconies were nice to sit out at night and relax. Indoor and outdoor pools were very clean.
First time staying here. I loved our room 2 queens and sleeper sofa. Staff was super nice. Especially the younger guy at the pool. He was so patient with all the children. The bed was comfy and clean. Housekeeping does a very good job. We will be back! Thank you for helping make awesome memories with my fiancé, my mom and my kids! Also made an amazing mommy friend at the pool
This place was awesome. We go to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge several times a year and this is one of the nicest places we have stayed. The staff were all very welcoming and the property is very well maintained. We will definitely come back and stay here many times.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast to include waffles, gravy and biscuits, eggs and sausage. Had a nice view. Place was clean with comfortable beds.
Very nice clean rooms. We where pleased with or stay. Will book at Oak Tree our next vacation.
