Awful, inhumane property! Avoid at all cost.
They are forcing people who are already in a lease to get rid of their pets. Super disgusting. Do not rent here.
They don’t Fix anything roaches everywhere horrible management never pick up the phone and office is offsite but it is never open
Was good a few years ago living here but since then they've gradually upped the rent for these 500sq ft apartments by about $150 a month. I moved out 3 months ago and they are refusing the give me my deposit back. They've been claiming it is in the mail for the last 2 months and before that they tried denying that I gave notice and threatened to charge me an extra month's rent. Only upsides living here are it's 1 mile from UTA and you can get free refills at the golden chick.
