Renting with Oak Summit: 5 month review as of June 2025 We spent a few months looking for a place to rent and Oak Summit happened to have a listing we were interested in. Viewed a house with them and it was the worst experience I have had on my journey looking for a rental. He ended up being an hour and a half late to the open house saying he was coming from thousand oaks (i drove from an hour and a half away and managed to make it on time but OKAY.) Dropped the F bomb in front of my children- one of whom is special needs. TERA ESCROW COMPANY is the closing firm for Oak Summit. Lisa Donavan is the escrow Officer. She was horrible to deal with throughout the process. How she got a license is beyond me, as she was incompetent for the duration of Escrow. 1. Lisa failed to provide a detailed final settlement agreement for my taxes. A 1/2 point was paid to lower the interest rate - but that did not get represented on the final. 2. Lisa promised to record a deed to my Trust after closing.
