My dad had missed his 2 appointments. First one they never sent the transportation out. The second time my brother called to ask the lady said she doesn’t know and said will call back . She never call back so my dad wait for the car again . No transportation show again .
I called due to a knee injury & sinus infection, it took 3 weeks to get an appt. Then the did an some cognitive tests, took blood and reviewed my meds. Nothing about my knee or sinus infection. I've never even heard about the results of the tests the did and that was 2 months ago. It's always a new doctor and they're women with accents that make it hard to understand them. It's been this way for the past 2 years.
Lousy service !! Always is the call center who respond I will advice to future patients to avoid the clinic!!!
